These terms govern purchases from GoofyPet, whether through our online store at goofypet.com or through a wholesale account arranged with us directly. Placing an order means you accept them.

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we accept it and send confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the billing details. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.
Product photographs are representative. Colours vary between screens, and we may change materials or construction where a change maintains or improves the product. Where a specification matters to your operation, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order.
Retail prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Retail orders are paid in full at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.
Wholesale pricing is quoted against volume and is confidential between us and the account holder. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Payment terms on a wholesale account depend on the trading history between us and the credit line we are able to extend. A first order and a fifth order are not treated the same way. On larger orders we can arrange several kinds of payment terms — these are agreed in writing before the order ships, and any terms we extend may be reduced or withdrawn if invoices are not settled on time.
Overdue invoices may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by Ohio law, and we may hold further shipments until the account is settled.
We print pads to order. Where we print your artwork, the following applies:
We ship from our warehouses in Columbus, Ohio and Los Angeles, California — whichever is closer to the delivery address.
Most orders up to 500 packs ship within two business days. Larger orders depend on stock at the time; we will give you a firm date before you commit.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help you chase a shipment.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier collects the goods. Inspect deliveries on arrival and tell us about visible damage or a short shipment within [[填写: 几天内，建议 5–10 个工作日]] so we can raise it with the carrier while a claim is still possible.
We accept returns for quality problems — a manufacturing defect, or goods that do not match the specification we sold you. We do not accept returns because an order was placed for the wrong size, because requirements changed, or because the goods are no longer needed.
If something is wrong with what arrived:
Where we do ask for goods back, you are responsible for packing them so they survive the trip and for the cost of return shipping. Goods that arrive damaged because they were not packed adequately cannot be assessed fairly, and we may not be able to credit them.
We assess each return on the goods we actually receive and let you know the outcome. Where a defect is confirmed we will replace the goods or issue a credit or refund.
Custom-printed goods are excluded from returns, as set out above.
Our pads are absorbent pads for animal use. They are not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for veterinary care. They are not intended for human use.
Supervise animals that chew. A pad that is torn open and swallowed can cause harm, and no pad is safe as a chew toy.
Dispose of used pads in household or commercial waste. Do not flush them.
We warrant that goods will match the specification we gave you and will be free from manufacturing defect on arrival. Raise a defect with us promptly, following the Returns process above, and we will replace or credit the affected goods.
Beyond that warranty, and to the fullest extent the law allows, goods are supplied "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow such exclusions, in which case this paragraph applies only as far as that state permits.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or the cost of substitute supply.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limitation.
The GoofyPet name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us. You may not use them without our written permission, except that a wholesale customer may use our product images to resell the goods we supplied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
