What to email us about
An existing order — include your order number and we will find it faster.
A quality problem — send photographs before unpacking further. See our Refund Policy for what we need.
Wholesale and bulk pricing — tell us what kind of operation you run and roughly how many pads you go through in a month. Or use the form at wholesale.goofypet.com.
Custom printing and OEM — tell us the product and the volume you have in mind.
Privacy requests — to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. See our Privacy Policy.
To stop receiving email from us — use the unsubscribe link in any message we sent, or just reply and ask.
Buying through Vetcove
Veterinary practices that already order through Vetcove can add our products to an order on the account they use now — no new vendor setup required. Email us either way if you want volume pricing.
