This policy explains what GoofyPet collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers our online store at goofypet.com, our wholesale site at wholesale.goofypet.com, and email we send to businesses.

When you place an order on this site we receive your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
Our web server records technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site you arrived from.
If you fill in the form at wholesale.goofypet.com we collect the organization name, contact name, work email, phone number, type of operation, approximate monthly volume, and anything you type into the message field. We also record your IP address and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which campaign brought you.
We collect this to answer your enquiry and to work out which pricing applies to your volume. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the parties listed below.
We send occasional outreach email to businesses — shelters, veterinary hospitals, kennels and similar — about wholesale supply. Contact details for that outreach come from public sources: an organization's own website, published staff directories, and public registries such as IRS nonprofit filings and state permit lists. We do not buy contact lists.
Every message we send carries our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently: the address goes onto a suppression list and is not contacted again. You can also email sale@goofypet.com and ask to be removed.
Our store uses a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to measure how the store is performing. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which advertisements bring visitors and whether those visits lead to enquiries.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Doing so may stop the cart and checkout from working properly.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no shared standard for what a merchant should do when it receives one.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Wholesale enquiries are kept while the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely — that is the only way to honour an opt-out permanently.
Wherever you live, you can email sale@goofypet.com and ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify who you are first.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Our store and wholesale site are served over HTTPS. Access to order and enquiry records is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we do not hold payment card numbers, which removes the most sensitive category of data from the picture entirely.
Our store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the store.
